Basic Lease - $29.99
Purchasing a non-exclusive basic lease allows you to record a song over the licensed beat and grants you the following rights with your recorded song:
Sell up to two thousand (2,000) copies of your song through cd sales, internet downloads, and other mediums.
Radio broadcast rights for radio play of your song on one (1) radio station and up to one thousand ($1,000) allowed profit from publishing royalties.
One (1) video synchronization with your song or the beat (1,000 distributed copies and $1,000 profit allowed).
Performance rights for up to two thousand ($2,000) personal profit from live shows, concerts, performances, etc.
Unlimited non-commercial, non-profit use and non-profit performance rights.
Premium License - $49.99
Purchasing a non-exclusive premium license allows you to record a song over the licensed beat and grants you the following rights with your recorded song:
Sell up to ten thousand (10,000) copies of your song through cd sales, internet downloads, and other mediums.
Radio broadcast rights for radio play of your song on six (6) radio stations and up to five thousand ($5,000) allowed profit from publishing royalties.
Two (2) video synchronizations with your song or the beat (4,000 distributed copies and $2,000 profit allowed).
Performance rights for up to ten thousand ($10,000) personal profit from live shows, concerts, performances, etc.
Unlimited non-commercial, non-profit use and non-profit performance rights.
Synchronization License - $99.99
Purchasing a non-exclusive Synchronization License entitles you to the following synch rights:
Unlimited distribution, earnings, and display in one (1) video medium such as a television show, television commercial, website (ie: Youtube Partner program), movie, or video game using your recorded song and/or the beat itself as the soundtrack/background music.

Purchasing an exclusive license grants you the following rights:
Sell unlimited copies of your product through unlimited mediums.
Unlimited radio broadcast rights.
Unlimited video synchronizations with your song.
Unlimited for-profit and non-profit performance rights.
Unlimited non-commercial, non-profit use and non-profit performance rights.
Tracked out, high quality .wav files are included for free.
Beat will no longer be sold or offered for download.
All vocal tags are removed from the beat.
Contractual Royalties/Co-publishing Arrangement/Producer Points
In the Artist-Producer Contract, I ask to retain 35% songwriter publishing rights (including synchronization) of the master recording and 2% producer points (mechanical royalties)/master recording/unit, based on suggested retail price of commercial release for a master recording that sells more than 25,000 copies. I also ask for a 3% record label/company artist advance (of greater than $50,000) for master recordings that are commercially released.
General Terms of Service (TOS)
Leased Beats can be purchased online. When interested in purchasing an exclusive license, please contact me via email. I accept money through Paypal, once payment is received, you will be sent a download URL for the beat or the direct mp3 via email within 24 hours (or sent a data DVD through a delivery service for exclusive rights option ONLY).You will also receive a Paypal receipt for the transaction, as well as track information such as track BPM, sample information, etc. I ask for production credit in any commercial and/or non-profit recording(s) of the beat (master recording), and potential sample clearance issues are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Terra Tunez reserves the right to display, stream, or broadcast purchased beats for self-promotion (non-profit) use. By doing business with Terra Tunez you accept these general terms, terms for leasing and exclusive rights, and leasing/exclusive rights contract terms. All terms subject to negotiation.
